An army of charging units

It was a nice sunny and breezy day so I decided on a nice long lunchtime walk around campus.  I came across this army of defunct charging units.  There used to be loads of these bikes around campus and the town and students could hop on and pay to get round the town or between campuses easily.  The company went bust so it looks like the Uni has had to scoop up all the units from around campus and presumably will have to figure out how best to get rid of them.
