I wish I’d taken before and after shots. This is midway. Bought a second hand leather Australian hat from an older chap on Vinted and it was very cheap but pretty dried out. It was like a sandy orange colour before! I’ve managed to rehydrate it using nourishing dubbin paste. I may give it a second go of Dubbin in the week. I’m going to use some clamps and weights to try and reshape the head a bit on my mannequin.
