Ended up doing my local parkrun this morning as had a late night last night. Blitzed round in just over 23 mins. Good to see so many faces I’ve not seen since January.

I then went for a gym session before returning home for brunch then MrsT and I went to the shops, L went to Nando’s then I went ten pin bowling with the FiL.
