A clump of daffs

On the morning walk with Oscar I looked through the fence at the super prison building site. I was really surprised to see that this clump of daffodils had survived and the builders had left them alone. My offering for silly Saturday. 
We had a lovely walk this afternoon with Chris along the Brampton Way. We treated ourselves to a lovely magnum ice lolly at Waterloo fields.  Chris is so pleased with her eye op, she can now read street signs etc.
