Catkins

I noticed our pussy willow tree was blooming yesterday and thought they’d be a puurfect blip today. The emergence of catkins is a sign of spring and they’ll soon be replaced by leaves. Unfortunately the dear deer are fond of nibbling them leaving only a few furry catkins for humans to enjoy • A cool overcast day as we await rain and sleet to move in. If any snow does fall it will be washed away by tomorrow’s rain • We are over the moon that our favorite two women’s team will be playing in tomorrow’s championship game. May UConn reign supreme :) • Protests against DT and his administration are underway in Augusta this afternoon, one we had hoped to participate in, but MrsP isn’t up for it today. We are with them in spirit though and promise to join in the next time, because no doubt there will be many more to come • Peace & Love
