Das Schnee-Eis Dreiradl

On warm summerdays you can see senior Gabrio Rossi with his snow- ice tricycle in the Hirschgarten in Munich.
He sells a specialty Italian ice from the past.
The snow ice is called in Italia "Granita" , it is scraped from a block of ice and poured into a cup with fruit syrup.
This original refreshment finds its origin in the time without artificual cooling.
