Four shags

Basking in the early sun on an exposed sandbank in the estuary. These are the pied variety (Kāruhiruhi). We had a busy day starting with a half day pottery decorating workshop at the Arts Centre. Then into the city to visit a friend. Lastly dinner at other friends. Catch up tomorrow.
