Frustration

Does it really cost anything to walk the extra steps to the bin? It really is starting to bother me the amount of rubbish just strewn everywhere. Sides of the road being a particular point of note. I just wonder where it all went wrong. Sounding old and miserable but we are blessed with a beautiful earth that we seem to have little respect for. 
On a positive it was a lovely evening fur a walk and so pleased we can get out into the countryside easier since the clocks changed
