Thai curry night!

Last Saturday, my friend from the UK, Shona, and I went to a cookery class run by Secret Ingredient and learned how to make Thai fish cakes and Thai green curry.

The authentic ingredients are hard to come by, but hidden away on the corner of Centre and Third Streets there is this tiny Thai grocery full of wonderful produce. I bought 2/3 of what I needed for about 7.50 GBP.

The ladies running the shop were very helpful, I will definitely be going back!
