Birthday

It was Katya's birthday and I joined her in town for a shopping trip together - she wanted to go round charity shops and antiques to get bits and bobs for her flat. It was much colder in town than in Penicuik when I left and I wished I had dressed more warmly. In the end we didn't find much but I got her a David Bowie LP that she wanted and told her that if she finds what she needs somewhere else, it would be on me. We saw this funny building somewhere in Leith. She doesn't like her photos to be my main blips...
In the evening, Julian joined us for a meal - Katya chose Wagamama. It was a bit of a nostalgia choice for her.
