Magnolia

Another gorgeous sunny day. Still a sneaky wind when out of the sun which meant I had my coat on when we went fora walk over to the pond.
MrC managed without too much discomfort.
The ducks, moorhens and Canada Geese were very grateful for the food we took for them.
The goose even came off it’s nest to enjoy the treat. No eggs yet.
However Mrs moorhen was sat on a nest and Mr moorhen took her some food.
They have made a nest on an island where someone used to put food out.

However while watching them I noticed a very very tiny chick.

Mum didn’t move from the nest so I wonder if she is sat on another egg.

As it is Flower Friday I thought a photo of the beautiful magnolia we passed on our walk made a good shot for today.
They are at their best at the moment.

Looking forward to this lovely weather continuing. Would just like the cool breeze to drop.
