Nothing but blue skies :-)

I can’t cope with this, yet another day of clear blue skies in The Lakes. Another day of staying local and then chilling in the afternoon. Today it was a drive to the southern end of Thirlmere and then a stroll along the reservoir road and back.
Lots of photo opportunities even though all the waterfalls were just about dry.

The photo is looking through the forest to the lake and across to Nethermost Pike, one of the Helvellyn range of hills.

Lazy afternoon and a drive down to Ullswater later on.
