I had a few extra people for litter picking this morning and between us we tackled a long stretch of road, and ended up with sacks upon sacks of rubbish, job well done.
Tricia and I returned all the glass to the bottle bank and treated ourselves to a cuppa at the park cafe. It was lovely to see so many families out enjoying the sunshine.
I took the cup and lid home and put in my compost bin to see if it does break down.
