The way home

A flight from Christchurch to Sydney, Sydney to Dubai, Dubai to Glasgow, various buses to almost home and then a lift from my pal. 36 hours door to door - 24 hours on the calendar.
It’s all a blur now - but I do remember that The Conclave was good watching. And we ate 5 meals over the flights - at various weird times of day.
The best was the tea and toast when we got home.
Nice to be back to our own bed, asleep by 8.30pm.
