Theo

I drove over to meet my sister at Wisley and then on to see my niece and her baby.  Wisley was so busy (lovely weather bringing everyone out) and I regretted not just buying a sandwich in M&S when I stopped to buy flowers.  He who hesitates........... pays over the odds?!

Lovely to catch up with both sisters and Theo is an adorable, contented little man.  I felt a bit wistful and thoughtful of what might have been - and felt a bit cross that everytime I mentioned Aimee in a conversation it moved on with nobody picking up on my need to talk about her.  They loved her too - but maybe today was not the day.

I guess that is what happens with bereavement, those closest want to talk about the person they have lost but like circles in a pond, those on the outer circles are further from the pain.

Home to see OH who was hurting and uncomfortable following more dental treatment for an inplant - bless him - another four appointments to go.

Day done
