Arghhh!

Felt shocking all day.

Waves of nausea, overwhelming fatigue and aching all over. Surely not another bug when I’ve barely got over the last one!

Spent the day decorating for my brother, dosed up on paracetamol but had to give up at 5.30 and go home. Slept all evening on the sofa.
