Cool but Sunny

Very chilly this morning, and chillier still tomorrow morning. In fact, the National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory overnight, with a low of 33F/.5C. But tomorrow is going to be a gorgeous, sunny day, with a high of 68F!

I went for another walk at the Tualatin Hills Nature Center this morning. The forest is waking up - ferns producing fiddleheads, early leaves unfolding, and the Trilliums...wow, I don't think I remember ever seeing so many! At one point I just stopped in my tracks and looked in awe around me - like I was in some sort of fairy land. Have a look at the extra if you're interested. Best seen large, if possible.

Later this afternoon I took my iPhone and Moment Macro lenses out to the courtyard to see what was interesting. I love the orange/yellow pollen on this Osteospermum (African Daisy)! Especially cool in macro ;-)
