The eagle and the hawk

Thank you to everyone for the wonderful comments, stars and hearts on my 3,000 blip yesterday.  You are are wonderful.

Most of the cottonwood trees are now fully leafed out, for some reason there are couple that are behind the others.  This morning I was watching this eagle soar around, it landed on a branch that broke and it fell and flew, there was a hawk a few branches over watching the whole thing.  I had other technically better bald eagle in flight shots, but I liked the story in this one.
