The Housekeeper's living room

I spent the afternoon in the housekeeper's room.  It is down in the servants' basement floor.
 It's one of my favourite rooms and it is very popular with the visitors.  They often tell me that they would rather be down in the basement rooms rather than the "posh" upstairs ones.  I wonder where I'll be sent next week!
