Sunrise

My Son took me swimming for the first time in a long time. It had to be before he went to work so it was a 6am wake up call.
I wasn't sure how I would manage? However, he took me by the hand and stayed with me all the way. I was able to do some backstroke (7lengths) no way could I do anything on my front it hurt too much. 
This was the Sunrise as we left the house.
