A new chicken casserole recipe. Yummy but needs onion.

My photo mojo is drying up. Which means I need to go somewhere for new inspiration!

The recent rains have helped to extinguish the big fires of so now the crews are doing erosion control work and clean up. Thankful for the end to the fires. I really hate thinking about seeing the Table Rock Mountain with no trees or underbrush. We won’t be going here yet.
