Keeping one eye open...

We visited dad in hospital. And it looks like he'll be home soon.

And then went to see my Aunt who's not feeling too great at the moment. While i was there I received a call from the discharge team at the hospital where my dad is. It appears they knew nothing of his previous care package before he went into hospital.  This means his case has been passed to Adult Social Care to reinstate this care. Now it's just a waiting game. 

Our last stop was a trip to Trentham Gardens for a stroll around the lake. And we finished the day off with a meal at the Greek restaurant there.
