Wood anemone

... blipped in the churchyard at Berwick Church where I volunteered today. The churchyard is like a carpet of wild flowers at the moment, including some beautiful snakes head fritillaries (but was too windy to capture a good image).
A big food shop and then I tried a new class at the gym: body combat. It was certainly a workout but not sure about my 'boxing' technique:))
