Fake Facade

I've blipped this building in the past when it had  huge advertising panels displayed.  They don't have advertising just now.  Instead its this pretendy facade with scaffolding behind it. 

It has been in a sorry state for some years but planning permission was granted to convert it to flats, so hopefully building will start soon.
