My new best friends

Very bored today and also in a lot of pain so these chaps are my new best friend. The top one is the synthetic opiate Tramadol hydrochloride and the bottom two are the far more common Paracetamol. Taken together I can't feel too much - though I also feel rather floaty and I'm prone to falling a sleep.
