Lines on lines

Absolutely dead this morning at work, so I took the opportunity to get a couple of little jobs done and then headed out for my first 5k run for a little while.

Was delighted to bring it home in just about bang on 28 minutes and didn’t feel totally shattered at the end of it either. The recent 5aside flurry may have paid dividends!

The evening with the wee ones flew by - needed to have a chat with The Youngest who is twisting herself in knots about the forthcoming SATs - and then I was off to rehearsal (thanks to a babysitting shift from my mother) for a couple of hours.

It seemed to go well and we got through a lot. Little by little the lines seem to be taking root in my addled noggin, so I think it will be ok.

Just need to keep putting in the work.
