Mum

Second workout done this morning. I think it was a bit easier on my glutes but tough on my arms. I won’t be able to type tomorrow!
Work this morning and for the first time in ages I didn’t walk down. I missed it! I drove so that I could carry straight on to Banbury to meet my mum at Marks and Spencer’s.
As well as having tea, chai latte and sandwiches, we tried on glasses in their optician section. I got a prescription last year for both reading and distance. Not a strong prescription - he just said it would make everything a bit more HD! Because it’s not urgent and because my optician only sells designer frames at around £200 a pair, I haven’t bothered to fill out the prescription. M&S have pairs starting at £50 and they do buy one get one half price so I might get a couple of pairs.
Then I can look even more like my mum!!!
