Thrift

 We both had doctors' appointments this morning to discuss our various scans - Himself's hip, my bones. Himself, rather disappointingly for the pain he is in, was recommended physio -which he will take up. I was a bit nonchalant in my assessment of my scan and it appears I have osteoporosis, pretty prevalent in women my age and genetic apparently. A weekly tablet, lots more walking, vit C/D and no falling over are in order. As Himself mused, there must be a well for this kind of thing.

The walking happened straight after lunch - a bright and breezy day,  the the thrift is now out, mingling with the scurvy grass, to be treasured surely. Thanks BobsBlips for the continued Wide Wednesday theme. And Miranda, I don't think the wildflower challenge is up and running yet is it?

Thanks to NickyR, we   have just started season one of the White Lotus, horribly compelling!!

And rather hilariously I think AngelsSharehas blipped the same tuft!
