Signs of Spring

It was really windy here today, which cooled the temperature down a little, but at least the sun shone all day. I went over to my sister’s for lunch, and the countryside was looking beautiful with all the blossom on the trees. My beloved Acer tree features in my blip photo, its lovely red leaves now very definitely developing on the branches. It was quite tricky to get this picture because the wind was pretty relentless and I had to wait quite a while for it to drop.

I collected a couple of parcels from pickup points when I arrived back in Tiptree, and quickly popped into Tesco, but otherwise it’s been a quiet late afternoon/early evening.
