Sunflower

It has been a lovely sunny day...... but with a very cold wind. Up early for a VitB12 jab, didn't hurt so much this time. Lunch with 2 of my favourite ex-workmates. R is 85 now and fitter than all of us.

Mr HB mended a broken double glazing window handle and mowed the lawns. After a little recovery session we're off to meet friends K&C for a little drink then back to theirs for dinner and a good catchup, haven't seen them for a while and much talk of our future booked caravan outings together will feature, I'm sure, oh and aviation!
