Holiday Playground

Another warm and sunny day.

This morning I set about cleaning the upvc fascias on the north elevation of the house. They had not been cleaned for quite a while so it was a slow job which involved going up and down the ladder numerous times. I had to break off to run an urgent errand in Denbigh so I didn't get as much done as I would have liked.

This afternoon I drove over to Rhyl to collect the wall tiles for the kitchen. Hopefully they will be fitted early next week. Whilst out I had a pleasant walk along the seafront at Kinmel Bay and came across this old metal sign - a throwback to the golden age of the British seaside resort.

The sea is still there and the sun still appears on occasions.

 I haven't a clue what she is holding in her hand.
