Return from Sublime Point

It was a glorious morning and the light was brilliant. It was time for some Blue Mountains scenery. I have shot pictures from Leura's Sublime Point before but I don't recall showing you the rocky track that you take on your way back to safety and civilisation. For me the interest was this rusty old fence, the track itself and the fact that if you look carefully you can make out some of the taller structures of Katoomba beyond that distant ridge.

When Jophreeves and his wife were in the Mountains recently, Sublime Point was their favourite vantage point. Tragically, near here, a visitor to the Blue Mountains was recently lost and despite an exhaustive search, is now presumed dead.
