The big 1 4 today!

Asha's birthday, woohoo! To my shame I took very few pics. The day unfortunately started with Nate having a fast and dramatic reaction to a gf and df single cake. Extremely unpleasant. He stayed off, but after a few hours and some sleep he was back to normal. Such a shame.
Asha had requested tacos for her birthday lunch, so we went to a little place round the corner from our flat. She and I mooched roun the shops with her birthday money. Later a bubble tea with a friend. Then a couple of folks over for birthday cake in the evening. Low key and lovely.
Asha is such a gift to our family. I can't believe she's 14!!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Asha being delighted by the little details in the day.
2) Nate recovering quickly.
3) Beautiful Asha and all she brings to our lives.
