It's a DUMP!

Really! This IS the Dump for San Diego County.
Mr. LovePopcorn had a screening medical procedure this morning that needed a designated driver due to the medication they administer.
From his waiting room we could see across Interstate 52 (just east of I-805) which is out of sight below the view in this blip over to the other plateau.
Miramar Marine Air Station is past this view.
It was such a different POV for me - usually we are at ground level in our Ford F-150 full of tree trimmings, weeds n' grass to drop off.

They use ENORMOUS yellow graders to trample, smoosh, water and incorporate all the debris into the dirt. The queue of dump trucks has come with garbage picked up from residential areas.
