A surprise primrose from last year

I had a very busy day and needed a blip late in the day, so a quick walk around the courtyard and I discovered this primrose from last year blooming beautifully.  I finally got dad into see a doctor at a pain clinic, a plan has been made and later in the month we maybe able to get some pain relief for him.
