French toast

Heavy rain for most of the morning and into this afternoon, so I didn't get out anywhere to take photos. I didn't even get out to fill the feeders, so not many birds around today. It would have been hard to get a photo of them anyways, with all the raindrops on the window.
I did get out for breakfast with the social/travel group. I had to park across the street and got rather wet getting over to the restaurant. I ordered some French toast, and it came with strawberries and bananas on top, drizzled with hazelnut chocolate and English cream. I ate all of it.
After I came home this afternoon I finished another jigsaw puzzle, it will likely be my last one for this winter. Later this afternoon, the rain had stopped so I went out to the shed to get a shelf that had been left there last fall. I brought it into the kitchen so I can use it for plants. I started potting up some of the spring bulbs today.
Sunshine in the forecast for tomorrow, but cold, a high of only 2 C. I plan to go to the valley tomorrow, since I will be working Thursday and maybe Friday. Saturday afternoon I am going to a potluck supper.
