Cold swim

I didn't want to go but I was glad I did. Felt completely wiped out and could easily have stayed at home with a nice cup of tea and some telly. 
It was cold but surprisingly restoring, especially the car chat with Fiona. 
Three days of online training from tomorrow. Intense but will good to be at home. 
And then the weekend. Where exactly is the time going??
