Forget-me-nots

I had the day to myself as my other half went up to Preston to watch PNE play Aston Villa in the fourth round of the FA cup. They lost by 3 goals, which wasn't that bad considering they weren't a team in the premiership.

It was quite a windy day so I pottered about indoors in the morning. By the afternoon the wind had died down, so I was out planting up potatoes and digging out bindweed!

There are many clumps of Forget-me-nots around the garden which are just coming into flower. They are a symbol of love and devotion, and we were given a packet of seeds when we collected our dear cat's ashes last month. So I plan to sow some more in the garden soon.
