Lining the nest

I'm still transfixed with the activity going on in the nestbox.

Bluey and Huey seem to be dumping feathers and cat? hair in the box and occasionally weaving it into the indent on the right that will no doubt be where the eggs are laid.

Leia has shed a lot of hair and I'd been collecting it and intending to put it outside.  However recently I was made aware that the fur from cats treated for fleas contain insecticides which - in this situation - increases chick mortality.  

I have a big bag of poisonous fluff so I can make another pair of cat boots instead.
