Yarden tulips open wide

After a good night's sleep, I was able to make the most of the lovely weather today with a run around the cycle paths this morning, and much of the afternoon spent tending the long border in our back garden. Mr hazelh joined me for all of the former, and part of the latter. His main role was wild garlic eradication. Thankfully we have hardly any in our garden these days.

The best news is that is there is another batch of frogspawn in our pond.

I blipped the yarden tulips enjoying the warm sunshine at lunchtime.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; 45 minute intervals run; gardening; walking (12.510 steps).
