Vaulting on horseback

Our little RDA group went to the open day at The Fortune Centre of Riding Therapy in The New Forest.
It was a most enlightening day and incredibly interesting to see the 16-25year olds who attend being taught so much, all through the love of horses.
We even got to join in the rhythm class!
