Spent the day doing things worth doing for myself. Exercised for a good long time whilst mentally meditating on rests with new music, studied, chores, and having lunch with my folks in Australia. I get impatient with my lack of progress in life, but I don’t think the best things come overnight, they take time and dedication to get there. I have to have patience and take small and consistent steps everyday.

The tunnel is long but not endless. I hate wasting time.
