April, come she will

A glorious day, wall to wall sunshine compared with yesterday but actually it is much cooler than yesterday  - but looks great.
Going to choir in the village last night I realised it was one of those days where it is warmer out than in. Today set off for Pilates in a light fleece jacket I realised it was a pretty chilly wind and so the other way around.

Whilst having breakfast I saw how lovely the now open Iris look in my Mother’s day bouquet. I do love them so they had to be my blip today. Super anemones too and a great scent from the pink hyacinths. 

Thank you for your kind concern for the magnolia, you can see that it’s is looking pretty fine against this morning’s blue sky - and no more buds on the ground today - extra.

Thank you all for putting my 15 year blip in the number 1 spot on Popular, even if it’s only for a day now that lovely people Alison666, rainie and someone I don’t follow have departed! Thanks to them too.

Great that April has arrived at last and has made a great start.
I’m just sorting the edge pieces from a jigsaw I bought a little while ago.  (Can’t remember where but it was only £4.99) 
A first for me - it’s 2000 pieces! I will have to do it in the dining table so as it’s now warm in there with the afternoon sun I thought I’d  make a start. T
It’s a spring/summer project so don’t expect to see it anytime soon!
