Cross country for civil servants

3500 Civil servants from all over the Netherlands came to Houten for the annual Cross Country run and they passed by from the quarter where my girl lives... I noticed them when going for my walk with my granddaughter. The weather conditions were perfect for the runners, no rain, no heat, no scorching sunshine, a chilly wind what helped them while heating up from their run... I imagine.
