Carter Lane, London, EC4

Again apologies I've been busy and at lunchtime I've been transcribing a will from 1828 in India - its very long with horrible writing, one more session should kill it :)

I'm actually off to bed in a minute because tomorrow is the big system conversion at work and I am due into the office for live testing eeks the pressure!! We have e conference call at 19.00 and hopefully the sign-off is at 22.30. It will be awful if they have to roll everything back if there is a problem - the window of opportunity to roll-back is small so fingers crossed it all goes well. I cam in this morning to about 30 emails from the worldwide team doing all those tasks (my role thankfully is very minor) they worked thro the night and will do the same again. Although we've had a full dress rehearsal so I'm confident its all ok.

After work I walked to Ludgate Hill to visit Sports Direct as its dad's birthday tomorrow BUT he'll get his present late since I won't have time to visit him. So on the way back to Cannon Street I decided to avoid eth crowds and walk one street in, this is Carter Lane another one of London's many alleys and courts, this is a newly renovated building hence the bright blue paint job :)

Will catch up soon I promise :)
