Happy Trans Visibility Day

I accomplished a bunch of stuff today including cancelling Samuel’s health insurance. The wonderful man on the phone expressed sympathy and asked the date so he could refund the cost back to the day after AND even said to submit the cost of cremation for reimbursement. 

Glen Echo Photoworks was open from 6-8 pm so a friend and I went and packed up my pictures and put them in their cars. I do not have a pickup and I seldom want one but this is when one would be handy. We had two sedans and we were clever and we managed to pack them all in our two sedans. Tomorrow morning we’ll drop them off at the kind church offering me storage. 

It was so over the top beautiful today that I felt it was a lensbaby day. I now have even larger bleeding hearts, bluebells, and wild violets. 

Finally a news report on the possible assassination attempt on Putin. The vehicle is believed to cost about $350,000. The vehicle was burning near the headquarters of the FSB. Footage has gone viral in Russia. It blew up Saturday night. 

Sweden announced its largest military aid package to Ukraine, worth almost US$1.6 Billion. 

The Netherlands announced it will allocate 500 million euros for a drone production projects to support Ukraine. 

The World Bank approved a $1.05 B loan for Ukraine to improve the resilience of the road network and transportation sector.
