Sourdough Sponge....

Well we made it back from our holiday in one piece without any major hold ups either.
We shopped and then picked Maddi Moo up from her mom and headed back to the house where I made her favourite, Cottage Pie, for tea.

She is now in bed and we are relaxing with a little drink.

I decided that tonight I would start my first Sourdough Loaf, so I made the Sponge and I am leaving it over night to rise and ferment, Tomorrow I will be making the loaf for real.
