Luxembourg

Although this city was not on our bucket list it has really surprised us. It is very obviously wealthy in a 'grand' way but yet it has all the elements of a bustling, modern city with a subtle blending of different cultures. 
Whenever and wherever I travel, my eyes always turn skyward. Don't be fooled by the blue sky though. It feels quite cold but then again it is still only March.
