Soup night!

This is a back blip. I made veggie soup and cornbread tonight. I had canned tomatoes and canned corn cob broth that needed using. It was good. The cob broth has a wonderful flavor. It added sweetness to the soup which Johnny really likes. I don’t prefer my veggie soup to be sweet but it was good. I may try it in corn chowder next time.
Storms expected again tonight.
