Mother's Day

SUNDAY

It was lovely for Harriet to visit us this weekend. We have also had visits from several other family members including fellow blipper Sgwarnog. 

It's been an intense week - Harriet has had a number of work-related challenges - she has been working on an essay this weekend and Prue had a total hip replacement nine days ago so she has required lots of tlc.

My thoughts have also been with my own Mum who sadly passed away in May 2005 and memories of coming home from the church service with the     ubiquitous bunch of daffs.

And I always struggle with the apostrophe. I guess it's safer to use Mothering Sunday but as a child we always called it Mother's Day.
